BATUSSA BLANC

Made from organically grown fruit in Penedès, this blend is 80% Macabeu and 20% Xarello. The grapes are harvested and undergo a one night maceration in an inox tank, then age in the same tank until bottled in May, following the harvest. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and has only 2g of SO2 added for a truly natural taste.
