Be ready for a picnic, it's light & oh-so easy to quaff. Carefully chosen grapes, skin contact before the fermentation. A few hours basking in the tanks; wild yeast takes over for 2-3 days. Bottled early & left to rest for 6 months, then disgorged on a blossom-filled day, during the waning moon.
